Tree reports should be prepared by an arborist qualified to at least AQF Level 5 (Certificate V in Arboriculture), the minimum standard required for consulting arborist work, including formal reporting, risk assessments, and arboricultural impact assessments. All reports prepared by Asset Tree Care are completed by Hamish Clapham, Certificate V consulting arborist.
